Questions about orders:

Do all items ship free? 

Items that ship ground such as Fed Ex or UPS do apply for free shipping.Items that ship Freight will not ship free.

 How do I track my order?

Once you order has shipped you will be emailed a FED EX or UPS tracking number. You can track your order from this number.

What if a part is broken on a chair?

Pit Stop Furniture carries a lifetime warranty. Contact us and we will ship you another part for the chair. 

What is my the shoe I fit is too tight and I need another size?

You can exchange your product as long as you still qualify to do so. You have 14 days from date of purchase to do an exchange and you must pay the shipping back to us. 

What is your return policy?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Customers in MA must pay a sales tax of 6.25 percent of purchase price.

Will I be charged for my order right away?

You will not be officially charge for your order until the item ships

Do you offer price matching?

Price matching may be offered if item is on sale elsewhere.Most brands are restricted to MAP pricing policies so a price match may not be available in this instance.

When is payment captured? 

Typically payment is captured when item ships.For larger furniture/cabinet orders payment may be captured once items are sent for processing at warehouse. Orders that meet certain risk will be captured before items ship.
